Diette is a software service for dietitians that supports patient tracking, nutrition planning, and appointment management. The service includes a web application, a desktop application, and a mobile app for clients.

2. Terms of Use

Account registration

You must register with a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your account; we recommend that you do not share your password with anyone.

Acceptable use

6. Termination of service

If you breach these terms, your account may be suspended or terminated. Diette reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice.

Although data on the platform is backed up regularly, Diette cannot be held liable for damages arising from possible data loss. Diette's liability for any indirect or direct damages arising from use of the service is limited to the subscription fees paid.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page; for material changes we will notify you at your registered email address.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and execution offices of Istanbul.
